I founded Human Leadership Co/Lab because I believe that leaders who embrace their full humanity—who take risks, feel deeply, and stay authentic even when it’s uncomfortable—can profoundly improve our workplaces and our world.
For nearly two decades, I have built and led teams in Big Four consulting, Georgetown University, startups, and a new business in a Fortune 100 incubator. I was lucky that my early career was shaped by authentic leaders who went on to run elite global companies, high growth startups, elite universities and non-profits. I witnessed how that authenticity was the heart of their success. And this became my practice.
