A note from the founder

I built the room I needed.

Carrie Gladstone

A letter from Carrie —

For most of my career I have led without a map. But sometimes I couldn't think out loud with my boss, my team, or the leader I replaced. Every available room was political.

So I built one that wasn't.

I've led inside startup chaos. I've led a new business build inside a Fortune 100. I've managed teams where psychological safety and performance had to coexist — not as a slogan, but as the actual operating constraint.

Co/Lab is what I would have paid for. A small room of senior leaders, no clients in common, no political stakes, facilitated tightly enough that the conversation goes somewhere. I work with what the room is actually carrying: the strategic decisions that can't be delegated, the team dynamics that won't resolve on their own, the transitions where the old playbook stops fitting. Direct language. Whatever the moment calls for.

If something here resonates, the next step is a 20-minute conversation. No pitch. We'll figure out together whether LeadHumans is your room or not.
